Arranged over three floors, the property is a riot of seaside artifacts and memorobilia. With a fully equipped modern kitchen, a 'beach hut' themed dining room, a spacious first floor living room and 2 comfortable bedrooms, there is everything you need for an authentic seaside holiday.

Ideally situated, the cottage is only a few yards from the picturesque harbour and only a few feet from the best pubs and restaurants that North Devon has to offer.

Ilfracombe is at the centre of one of the most popular holiday regions in the UK and is where the rolling hills of Exmoor meet the dramatic cliffs and beaches of the stunning North Devon coast.  There couldn't be more choice of outdoor activities and everything is within a short walk or drive. Surfing beaches, championship golf courses, river and sea fishing, sailing, walking, cycling, climbing, coasteering, horse riding, shooting, kite surfing, scuba diving...the list goes on and on.  Then again, you can ignore all these and just chill. In a quiet, secluded cove, in a cosy country pub or in a modern bar overlooking the bobbing yachts in the harbour.

The cottage is available throughout the year on a week by week basis, but can be rented for weekends in the winter, from October to the weekend before Easter.

Ilfracombe Golf Club
The course is situated 1 mile east of Ilfracombe towards Combe Martin on the magnificent North Devon coastline and offers spectacular views along the coast and across the Bristol Channel to South Wales. The 18 hole course is well maintained throughout the year and although not the longest, the undulations and prevailing South Westerlys will still offer up a challenge to golfers of all abilities.

Woolacombe & Mortehoe Golf Club
The golf course a challenging 18 tees of shortish play that will test your iron skills with a course record of 66 strokes (level par). A high standard of course presentation makes it a pleasure to walk even if your golf is a little below par!

Willingcott Valley Golf Course
Willingcott Valley is a dramatic golf course with fantastic panoramic views. Off the yellow tees, the course has great visual impact, but the carries are still fairly manageable. It will provide a great day out provided you use your handicap allowance sensibly.

Saunton Sands Golf Club
Established in 1897 Saunton has a long history, voted 25th in the top 100 courses in the British Isles, the East course should not be missed when visiting the Southwest.  West Links Course - 18 hole 6708yds Par 71. East Links Course - 18 hole par 73

Royal North Devon/Westward Ho Golf Club
The course stretches out to over 7,000 yards from the championship tees (used for the West of England Championship – one of the top amateur events in the calendar), although most will agree that it’s a suitably stiff test at 6,650 yards, especially when the wind blows. Even with today’s modern equipment a par score for the top scratch players is never easy.
