This large 2 hectare estate gives The Canyons Country Lodge a serenely peaceful and exclusively country feel and yet it is only 4 kms from the centre of Queenstown - the adventure capital of the world.

The Canyons Country Lodge - luxury Queenstown accommodation, reflects the character of the region and is surrounded by the most outstanding and breathtaking mountain and river views, which can be seen from every guest room in the lodge. The sun rises directly over the river valley in front of you each morning. Peregrine falcons circle effortlessly above.

All the rooms have luxury lux linen, complementary flowers, bathrobes and kiwi toiletries. Afternoon teas, evening canapés, local wines and a relaxing spa overlooking the Shotover River are also available. The ensuites comprise of Italian terracotta tiles with separate shower and claw foot bath

An exquisite breakfast of your choice is served in the dinning room every morning. The dinning room and lounge are filled with Italian leather furniture and natural hand crafted New Zealand wood tables and sideboards.

The lounge has a natural stone fireplace with a log fire burning as necessary. Massive beams and solid rimu wood floors give these rooms a special alpine feel of quiet comfort and peace. Beautiful oil paintings hang around the walls.

Complimentary sundowner drinks are served from the bar each evening. Both areas have folding doors that open up the full width of the rooms to the spectacular views of the river valley below.

Exquisite breakfast of your choice is served in the dining room every morning. Queenstown being the adventure capital of the world has an amazing array of activities, from golf, to scenic flights, fishing, hunting, driving and tramping.
