LA GROLLA Holiday Homes is situated in Manerba del Garda, province of Brescia. The Residence is surrounded by nature and absolute peace and quiet.

The Holiday Homes are about 500 meters from the town center of Manerba Del Garda. Nearby are a number of supermarkets.

Manerba's beach, Lake Garda's longest and from where you can reach Rabbit Island, and the Rocca Park are about a 15 minute walk away.

The small development of holiday homes, La Grolla, lies embedded in green, quiet surroundings and is about 500 m from the centre of Manerba. The family friendly atmosphere and the closeness to beautiful long beaches, which can easily be reached on foot (in less than 15 minutes), offer excellent conditions for a delightful family holiday.

Within the Residence there are 5 furnished flats each with 4 beds, and all with access to the swimming pool, the garage, the coin operated launderette, the pizzeria next to the flats and a wireless connection with protection access.

It also added a beautiful swimming pool and whirpool that allow you to enjoy the holiday in the best way.

There are 6 flats available to the La Grolla residence's customers, and each one offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bed-setee, a wardrobe, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

One of the flats is in the attic and has a 50 squ. mt. floor space. Furthermore, this flat has air conditioning and TV antenna.  Furthermore, each flat has a Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Air-Condition and ventilation in every room.

The residence is strategically positioned from where it is possible to admire the scenery around Lake Garda and the beautiful countryside which this area has in abundance.

Services
All apartments are furnished in a practical way and come with double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa-bed for 2 persons as well as a bath with shower (in the apartment in the attic, which is slightly bigger than the others, there is no separate bedroom). Each apartment has a terrace or balcony, ceiling fan, radiator and TV. The size of the apartments is about 40 sq m (the flat in the attic about 50 s m). Guests have a swimming pool with lawn for sun bathing, a garage and a washing machine, which is operated by coins, at their disposal. Part of the development is the pizzeria of the same name, La Grolla, with a playground, an oasis for parents with small children; parents can enjoy a peaceful meal, while their offspring enjoy themselves in the nearby playground.

The Pizzeria LA GROLLA offers a variety of Pizzas, Crepes and numerous hot and cold dishes.

In the summer you can eat under the porch outside. Moreover, there is a small children's playground and large car park

Experts consider GARDA GOLF one of the best golf courses built over the past 10 years. It stretches over an area of 110 hectares and was designed by British golfing architects. The Garda Golf Country Club is a 27-hole golf course which spreads between the Rocca di Manerba, the Castle of Soiano and the Valtenesi hills, and offers a breathtakingly beautiful panorama.

Golf Bogliaco
The Bogliaco Golf Course lies in a picturesque valley 100 metres above Lake Garda, with a beautiful view over the entire lake. The golf course is surrounded by typical mediterranean vegetation, like oleander, laurel, cypresses and olive trees. The manicured fairways are not very long, but have to be played with great precision.

The 18-Holes Champion's Course is surrounded by olive groves and cypresses and offers, from some holes, a stunning view over Lake Garda to the golfer. Eastwards, you see the rolling forelands of Monte Baldo. The course is embedded in beautiful nature and its 600 metres altitude make it most challenging even for experienced golf players.

Il Colombaro Golf

The Golf Club Colombaro is located on a lovely hill above Lake Garda and not far from the city of Saló. The 9-holes course is relatively short and ideal for beginners and golf players, who want to exercise on the course without feeling pressured.

Chervo Golf San Vigilio

Lake Garda, namely the golf course Chervò Golf San Vigilio in Pozzolengo in the province of Brescia. The course is wonderfully embedded between Desenzano and Sirmione and unfolds among the mellow hilly landscape which is considered being unique thanks to its manifold vegetation and its historical background. Golf players can enjoy playing on a 27-hole course as well as on a 9-hole short course.
