The Luni archeological plain and the Ligure Sea, Lerici and San Terenzo are just a few Kms away from Mare Pietra B&B, also including Tellaro and Montemarcello well known amongst the beautiful towns in Italy.

The 5 Terre, Portovenere can be easily reached by either car or by sea leaving from Lerici.

Carrara with its marble caves, Pietrasanta town of art and a artist, Viareggio and Versilia, Nicola and Ortonovo are all other locations of cultural interest. And as these places are near to Mare Pietra B&B the are villages of prestige and are worth a visit.

Versilia Golf Club - Par 71/6115m
The Versilia Golf Club is just 2 kms from the sea, dominated by impressive views of the mountains. Water is a main feature on eleven of the holes whilst the remaining seven are surrounded by thick woods. The greens are well defended and quite fast. Beware particularly on the 16th, a long par 4, where the water surrounding the green makes it one of the most difficult holes!
