The 50qm exclusive Holiday Flat Dolphin Apartment is situated in a quiet area of Fish Hoek south of Cape Town close to Clovelly Golf & Country Club and in an easy stroll to the beach.

The apartment on ground floor level is tastefully and luxuriously furnished and consists of 1 bedroom, 1 separate bed-living room, a complete and modern kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.

The bedroom 1 has a beautiful king size bed with separate mattresses and cool bed linen for high standards. The glamorous crystal chandelier brings a romantic atmosphere in this stunning bedroom! A large built-in cupboard provides lots of storage space for all your personal clothing and possessions. Your valuable documents are stored secure in the little safe.

The bathroom has a spacious shower enclosed in a glass cabin, a basin with lots of storage space underneath and a big mirror. The taps are all modern mixers for the immediate right water temperature. Soft towels are supplied.

The bedroom 2 / lounge has a stylish Ikea PS sleeper couch that turns easily into a comfy bed (size 1,70 x 2,00m). A wardrobe offers storing space for clothing and belongings of a second couple or 2 children who can sleep in this room. There is also a TV, 4 trendy chairs and a table to complete your comfort.

The ultra modern kitchen is fully equipped with a Bosch oven and hob, sink, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, water kettle and all the pots, pans, bowls, cutlery and crockery that you need for 4 persons. A breakfast counter with 4 stylish barstools makes having a meal here enjoyable and comfortable.

Both lounge and bedroom lead onto the big private terrace with a wooden deck and outdoor furniture. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a lazy breakfast in the sun or a relaxed sunbath! The terrace is fully fenced and offers a view onto an open big green field where Guinea Fowls, Hadedahs, Egyptian Geese and other birds visit frequently. Smoking and pets are not allowed but you are welcome to smoke outside on the terrace. The apartment is serviced once a week. It has 2 dedicated parking bays off street.

Clovelly Golf and Country Club
Of moderate length (5 869m - Par 72 men & Par 73 ladies), Clovelly is unique in that it follows neither the links nor the American tradition in its design. It is a tight course by South African standards, and has a fine blend of testing holes, with the Silvermine River, and adjacent ponds adding much to their character.  Looking at the beautiful course, one can hardly imagine it having been a series of sand dunes with a greenhouse as its rendezvous.  A favourite course of Bobby Locke, each hole has a special distinctive setting, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and False Bay.

Against the amethyst slopes of the Silvermine mountains lies one of Cape Town's Premier Courses - Westlake. This easy to walk, 18 hole Par 72 golf course is characterised by the towering trees, which line many of its fairways.
Westlake has a very interesting, yet user-friendly design and quite a few doglegs. If you manage to stay out of the trees, you will achieve a good score.

Royal Cape Golf Club
Essentially it is a very flat parkland course, well maintained and a pleasure to play with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. But don't be deceived by its apparent easiness. The fairways are narrow, demanding extreme accuracy off the tee, wayward shots can be heavily penalized amongst the trees and the greens are well bunkered.
